For your peace of mind, every home we build is checked by an independent surveyor, ensuring your home meets the highest build quality standards. Structure

The steel reinforced concrete is the foundation of your home. Our engineering team play close attention in this initial stage of construction and have formulated a quality control check list that far surpasses industry recommended guidelines.

Roof

The roof is an integral part of any home construction project and the Falcon Hill Project Manager personally oversees this step of the process. Each roof truss possesses an excellent strength to weight ratio, and is manufactured using lightweight steel that never rusts, bends or expands. With the addition of concrete roof tiles, 3mm PE foam laminated double sided roof insulation & UPVC rain guttering, your roof will be more than capable of dealing with any climate related punishment it receives.

Walls

The walls are constructed using German lightweight concrete steam-based technology. The blocks are environmentally friendly, energy saving & have excellent thermal, sound proofing & fire-proof properties. The wall block thickness is up to 20cm and coated with cement with a sand render finish.

Waterproofing

Every element of the construction process that requires waterproofing including bathrooms and roofing are carried out in accordance to Scandinavian standards using high quality branded materials and actioned by experienced tradesmen.

Flooring

When it comes to flooring options, Falcon Hill offers a huge selection for customers to choose from. You name it and we have it. From tiled floor to granite/marble flooring and more, our Project Manager is happy to offer recommendations if required.

Doors and Windows

All external doors, sliding doors & windows are manufactured from white aluminium. All internal doors & storage are made of a waterproof and durable wood & plastic composite that will not stretch, shrink or expand. The external sliding gate and secure entry doors are constructed using stainless steel with aluminium panels and overlaid by wooden slats.

Electrical System

We make sure that your home is safe and meets Scandinavian standards. Trip switches (GFI, RCD) are installed in every home to ensure your safety and each home is inspected and documented by the Project Manager who is an experiment electrical engineer. Components from leading Swiss/Swedish brand ABB.

LED Lights

All homes are fitted with LED lights from Philips the industry leader in LED Technology. This Eco-friendly lighting option saves energy, contributes to lower emissions and also results in lower energy bills.

Tap Water System

The Falcon Hill tap systems are multi-pipe with high quality press fittings imported from Germany. Each tap system comes with a 10-year warranty and includes underwritten German insurance with a coverage off 2 000 000 EUR for any damage due to manufacturing faults. Our water pump has a flow rate off over 70l/min that ensures that you can use all showers at the same time. All homes have a UV Water filter system from Canada VIQUA and ensures you have safe and drinkable water from every tap in your villa.

Air Condition

We always use the latest inverter models from Daikin that are energy efficient and eco-friendly. Every appliance we buy for Falcon Homes is thoroughly assessed for its green credentials and compared to a number of similar appliances to gauge performance before installation.

Ventilation

All homes are equipped with extractor fans as standard to ensure that the home is adequately ventilated. Optional Energy Recovery System (ERV) is available on request. Please feel free to ask any questions via e-mail or when you visit the project.

Solar Cells

We always use the latest inverter models from Daikin that are eco-friendly and enable the homeowner to make substantial savings on their energy usage and bills. Primarily made up of silicon, the cells blend seamlessly with both Falcon Hill homes and the surrounding environment.
