Royal Connection

Hua Hin is the oldest holiday seaside town in Thailand and located only 200km south of Bangkok, the capital city of Thailand. The town is home to Klai Kang Won Palace, which was formerly the summer residence of King Bhumibol Adulyadej and other members of the Royal Family. This well-known royal connection ensures Hua Hin maintains its original character and remains a safe and well-maintained town.

The capital of Thailand Riviera

Hua Hin is located in the heart of the new project called “Riviera Thailand” that stretches from Bangkok to Chumphon. This fantastic coastal strip includes 37 beaches, 25 Islands and 25 National parks as well a huge range of golf courses and theme parks. There’s no other city or town in Thailand that can compete with Hua Hin’s fantastic weather statistics of most sunny days and lowest rainfall, making the town a perfect all year-round destination.

Hua Hin Airport Expansion

In August 2018, Thailand’s Depart of Airports announced it will spend in excess of 3.5 billion baht to upgrade Hua Hin’s airport in the next five years. This expansion is forecast to increase the number of travellers using the airport tenfold. This is great news not only for tourists but also the growing number of expats and property investors who see the royal town of Hua Hin as the ideal location to buy property to live in or as a secure investment.

High Speed Train and dual track from Bangkok

Another significant infrastructure project that is expected to be completed in 2021 is the duel track rail link between Bangkok and the south of Thailand. This ambitious project is well under way and will open up Hua Hin to whole new generation of national and international passengers who visit Hua Hin for work, play or investment purposes. There is also a high-speed rail link project at the consultation stage which upon completion will further cut the travel time between Bangkok and Hua Hin. The Hua Hin dual track railway station (Nong Kai Station) is currently being constructed approximately 2km from Falcon Hill, meaning getting to our high-end development from elsewhere will be easier than ever.

New Highway between Bangkok
and Hua Hin

This soon to be completed highway between Bangkok and Hua Hin will offer a further degree of accessibility to Hua Hin and the region as a whole. The project is forecast to cut the journey time between Bangkok and Hua Hin significantly and ultimately increase the number of tourists in addition to making the area more attractive to homebuyers and investors alike.

Health Care

Access to high quality health care is an important consideration for anyone who is looking to live in Thailand for any amount of time and one of Asia’s leading international standard hospitals, Bangkok Hospital, (Hua Hin) is minutes from Falcon Hill. This newly built hospital contains all the latest equipment and is comparable to the best medical facilities in the world. There are also a number of local hospitals and drop in clinics across the town which may be suitable for minor ailments.

SPORT AND LEISURE

Within 10 minutes of Falcon Hill you can find number of sports and leisure options including golf, tennis, badminton and much more.

International Schools

Hua Hin boasts a number of international schools that offer a high standard of education for children of all ages. Working to the curriculums of various western countries including the UK and Sweden, these schools provide internationally recognised qualifications that enable students to move onto worldwide universities on completion of their studies. Hua Hin also has a few universities that are accredited to international standards.
